step 1: the tour
Our campus is currently under construction and anticipated to be ready in June 2026. At this time, if you think Minerva School could be the right place for your family this school year, we encourage you to apply through our admissions page. Once you’re in our system and tour dates have been opened, you’ll be prompted to schedule a visit with us. If you’d rather tour first, please subscribe to our newsletter to find out when tours will be available.
You’re also welcome to tour our open facility to get an idea of what our language immersion program looks like.
On your visit, we’ll walk you through our classrooms, introduce you to our team, and show you exactly how we nurture confident, curious learners every single day.
step 2: the application
We are currently accepting applications for the 2026-2027 School Year. Please follow the link below to apply now.
step 3: the playdate & the chat
After your application has been approved, you will receive a prompt to schedule a visit as soon as we open up tour dates. The next step in the admissions process is to schedule a playdate for your child and a parent interview. Please note these appointments are done separately.
The Playdate is a 45 minute campus visit that provides your child with the opportunity to come into our environment to meet their potential classmates and teacher. They will get a glimpse into our daily curriculum, explore materials and play alongside peers. For children applying into our Preschool and TK/Kinder programs, we ask that after settling into the environment, you attend an info session in the parent lounge.
The Chat is a 30 minute conversation with our admissions staff. Minerva strives to cultivate a community of like-minded parents, who believe in our core values, standards and aim to support our vision for future learning.
step 4: the decision
Once your admissions application and required visits are complete, our admissions team will make a decision and notify you of your status. At acceptance, a non-refundable $1,000.00 registration fee is paid along with signing your enrollment contract. All enrollment and licensing forms, along with a copy of your child’s immunizations, are required for enrollment to be complete.
