Our teachers are innovators - grounded in their love for early childhood education and a desire to prepare children for a world that demands more than memorization. We don’t believe in underestimating children, we believe in challenging them - respecting them - and honoring their capabilities.

  • Minerva school is a Mandarin and Spanish Immersion environment - all applicants must be native speakers of their language. Must be legally able to work in the US and pass all state compliance (clean DOJ Fingerprinting, Negative TB test, and fully vaccinated (TDap, MMR, COVID-19).

  • Teacher Assistants must have at least 12-24 units in Child Development. Lead Teachers must have an AA or BA in Child Development, or an adjacent subject such as Education, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, along with 24 units in Child Development/Early Childhood. Units must be obtained from an accredited college or university.

    Toddler teachers must have 3 units specializing in Infant/Toddler .

    All teachers must have interest and knowledge of Montessori Philosophy. Montessori teacher credential is a plus, but not required.

  • We’re looking for teachers who have chosen Early Childhood Education as their career. We want members of our team who are passionate about language learning and the montessori philosophy - who are interested in honing their teaching skills, looking to challenge the status quo of education and dedicated to working with children ages 18months - 6 years old.

    • Teacher Assistants: At least 1 year in a licensed preschool environment.

    • Lead Teachers: At least 3 years in a licensed preschool environment.

  • All positions are available in May 2026
